Yes, you can have relief. Relief from unyielding uncertainty, shame, self criticism, and stressful relationship patterns.
Are you consistently doubting yourself or feeling overwhelmed?Perhaps you're caught in patterns you really want to change, and are acting in ways that are not in alignment with your values?
For many of us, this is the day to day, the water we swim in and it's really really hard! And, over time we can shift this. In fact, people do it all the time and you can too.
I work with folks who are struggling with consistent dysregulation, reactivity and relational rupture to grow more steadiness, compassion and felt safety within themselves and in their relationships.
Relating to ourselves and our people, in a way that is aligned with our values and is not coming from a place of emotional reactivity, is really hard for some of us. Remaining steady (enough) in the face of overwhelming feelings is incredibly challenging, and particularly so, if we were raised by emotionally unavailable, or unstable caregivers and did not receive repair after ruptures. If this was your experience, and you're feeling under-resourced, uneasy and consistently flooded...that makes sense. This shit aint easy and, you are not alone! We can work on this together.
With reverence, curiosity, a little good humor, we will explore your most engrained habitual stress responses, what's activating these stress responses, and identify soothing skills to support you in remaining grounded and staying regulated (enough) longer during these challenging moments.
I love this work and do this work best with folks who are ready to be curious and are open to the process. I look forward to working with you, toward your vision of more security, connection, steadiness within yourself and in your relationships!
